Today the first session of Arbitration court of Moscow on business № А40-50010/10-109-382 about recognition of the right of term less using the Moscow Kremlin behind Fund of Princes from 16-30 till 18-00 has taken place. Respondents is Government of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and Federal agency on management of the state property were on session in quantity four people. Some representatives of press have taken part in session and radio. The claimant has transferred Judge A.A. Grechishkin of the Explanation to the statement of claim, and also color copies of patents for titles of Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev, Prince of Tataria Vagiz Yusupov and other participants of Fund of Princes. Patents for titles, applications of participants of Fund and other necessary documents have been attached to business. Respondents have acted with brief explanations about impossibility of satisfaction of the claim of Fund of Princes and have asked the judge to stop business. In the speeches respondents have mixed a subject of the claim, speaking about impossibility of transfer to the property of the Moscow Kremlin to Fund of Princes. Judge A.A. Grechishkin has noticed to opponents, that the claimant recognizes a state ownership to the Moscow Kremlin, but the term less right of use of the Moscow Kremlin asks only according to laws of the Russian Federation on protection of an environment. Respondents have been shocked with own incompetence. Judge A.A. Grechishkin has asked respondents to show any documents on the property of the Russian Federation across the Moscow Kremlin. Appeared, that similar documents do not exist in the nature. Having studied circumstances of an affair, Judge A.A. Grechishkin has suggested the claimant and respondents to prepare all exhaustive documents on business and to be with its full complement on official session of court on August 16, 2010 at 13-30. Fund of Princes expresses the satisfaction judicial session, qualification and preparation of Judge A.A. Grechishkin, and also is surprised with carelessness and naivety of the party of respondents. Time of reprisals and executions has ended. This simple idea is time for understanding to authorities of the Russian Federation. 16.06.2010.
