Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev, by his Highest Decree, established the Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia. The Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia is a public anti-war organization open to all individuals and legal entities. We invite everyone to cooperate. Peace to the world! Down with the war! Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev, in order to develop the idea of the monarchical statehood of Russia, in the name of peace and prosperity of Russia, in the name of restoring historical justice, in the name of strengthening international friendship and ensuring the right of peoples to peace, adopted Decree No. 194 of 12.03.2022. The Decree reads: 1. By the Highest decree, I establish the Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia and appoint myself Chairman of the Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia.
2. The Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia is a public anti-war organization open to all individuals and legal entities.
3. The short name of the Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia is the Peace Protection Committee (PPC).
4. The decree comes into force from the moment of signing. The creation of the Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia is connected with the need to ensure the provisions of the Declaration on the Right to Peace (UN, 2016) and the basic human right to life. The Presidium of the Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia and other structures of the organization will be formed soon. The symbol of the organization will be the image of the dove of peace by Pablo Picasso. The Peace Protection Committee of Holy Russia included the Holy Russia, the Nova Church of Holy Russia, the National Guard of Holy Russia, the Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich and the ANO People's Chamber of Krasnogorsk.
