1. I appoint Vladyka Taras Sergeevich Shevchenko an Archbishop Kievo-Pechersky and Chernigovsky of Nova Church of Sacred Russia and also the representative of Nova Church of Sacred Russia in Ukraine and Belarus.

2. I appoint Vladyka Taras Sergeevich Shevchenko the spiritual protector of Grand-Ducal August House of Rurikovich and Grand Prince of All Russia.
