The text of the Decree: THE DECREE GRAND PRINCE OF ALL RUSSIA About questions of creation of Nova Church of Sacred Russia Will of God and my command, with the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the world and prosperity of Russia, in the name of clarification of Orthodoxy and Christianity from heresy and obscurantism: 1.
