The Decree № 11 about the conclusion of the Alliance between Grand-Ducal August House of Rurikovich in Russia and House of Landgraf von Gorka in Germany is signed and Coat of arms of the Alliance is authorized. Within the framework of the achieved arrangements from August 19, 2011 between Grand-Ducal August House of Rurikovich and House of Landgraf von Gorka, in the name of strengthening friendship between peoples and world peace is published the Highest Decree about the conclusion of the Alliance between dear Houses.
