Yesterday the Federal Arbitration court of the Moscow district has appointed judicial session under the cassation complaint of Fund of Princes on business about claim Fund of the right of term less using the Moscow Kremlin.

Session will take place on October 3, 2011 at 17 o'clock in hall No.11. The address of court is 127994, Moscow, Seleznevskaya Str., 9. Fund of Princes achieves a direction of an affair on new consideration in court of the first instance.
