Today the first hearing 9ААС on business about reception of the right of term less using by the Moscow Kremlin by Fund of Princes at 11:15 has taken place. After short session consideration of the claim has been transferred on 11.05.2011. Fund of Princes as the claimant has submitted the petition for granting necessary proofs on objects of the real estate of the Moscow Kremlin which have not been sent by Respondents to Arbitration court of the first instance. The primary decision has been born without these documents that have broken rights of the claimant. Therefore Fund of Princes has asked 9ААС according to an item 66 agrarian and industrial complexes of the Russian Federation to obtain on demand at respondents the following proofs: 1. From State Unitary Enterprise MosgorBTI of the passport of objects of the real estate of a complex of the Moscow Kremlin. 2. From the Administrative office of the President of the Russian Federation a copy of the contract of gratuitous using real estate on which the complex of objects of the Moscow Kremlin has been transferred FGUK the State historical and cultural reserve the Moscow Kremlin. In result the board of court under presidency of Judge Solopova A.A. has transferred consideration of an affair at 15:30 11.05.2011.
