News of Sacred Russia 24.03.2011: 9ААС has accepted to manufacture the appeal complaint of Fund of Princes claim about Moscow Kremlin.

9 Appeal Arbitration courts about restoration of term of submission of the appeal complaint of Fund of Princes across the Moscow Kremlin are published decisions. The court is appointed to April 14, 2011.

Judge Popov V.V. from 22.03.2011 has made the decision:

1. To accept to manufacture the appeal complaint of Fund ANRC of Princes claim about the Moscow Kremlin;
2. To appoint business to proceeding (to an item 261 APC) on 14.04.2011 in 11-15, 7, cabinet 201;
3. To restore term of submission of the appeal complaint (an item 117, 259 APC of the Russian Federation).
