News of Sacred Russia 10.03.2011: Protest on inactivity of court on the Moscow Kremlin claim.

Today Fund of Princes has submitted two complaints to strange inactivity 9AAC and Arbitration court on claim No. A40-50010/2010 about reception of the right of term less using by the Moscow Kremlin.

Complaints have been directed to Chairman of Ninth appeal arbitration court A.A. Evstifeev and to Chairman of Arbitration court of Moscow O.M. Sviridenko concerning illegal inactivity 9AAC and Arbitration court on claim No. A40-50010/2010. Fund of Princes on 31 January, 2011 has again made the Appeal complaint and the Petition for restoration of the missed term of the appeal on claim A40-50010/10 which have been registered by court at 12-10. Not looking that clause 117 of agrarian and industrial complex of the Russian Federation stipulates five-day term on consideration of such petitions, till now (till 10.03.2011, has passed 40 days) the Fund has not received definition about results of consideration, and on a site of courts there is no information on movement of an affair. Such inactivity of court breaks constitutional laws of participants of Fund on fair and duly considerations of an affair by court, and also agrarian and industrial complex of the Russian Federation and FKL About Arbitration courts in the Russian Federation.
