Fund ANRC of Princes has submitted 29.12.2010 appeal to the Ninth appeal arbitration court under the claim for Moscow Kremlin. The claimant with the decision of Judge A.A. Grechishkin disagrees and counts it not lawful and breaking rights of Fund. Apparently from the statement of claim, the claimant did not put forward property claims on the ground areas near the Moscow Kremlin and asked in term less using only a building and a construction of the Moscow Kremlin. Thus, the court, making a decision, has left for limits of claim requirements and has applied norm of the law not subject to application. Therefore Fund of Princes asks the decision of Arbitration court of Moscow on claim No. А40-50010/10-109-382 from 06/17.12.2010 to cancel completely and to accept on business the new judicial certificate – the claim to satisfy.
