On July 26 the Prime minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has visited the Novgorod Kremlin, having repeated feat Matthias Rust, having landed in 100 meters from the Kremlin wall. However it did not use the plane, and three helicopters belonging to the Government of the Russian Federation.
