Manifest of updating Russia Present manifest it is called free people of good will to take part in updating Russia. We are successors of ancient civilizations of Russia: Babylon, Ancient and New Rome, Great Horde and Russian Empire. We together shall construct the Third Rome and the Golden Age of harmony of mankind and the Universe.
Joint efforts we should stop Distemper in Russia, 500 years going here already. In the name of glory and greatness of our ancestors of August, Great Hagan, Emperors, Princes of Russ, Khans, boyars and statesmen of Grand Tartaria; thousand princes tortured by Ivan Terrible and free people of Novgorod; millions the peasants enslaved by Romanov’s; tens millions the Russians who have lost on fire of communistic experiments and world wars of XX century; millions people injured of capitalist reforms of the present – we should return to a channel of natural development of Russia.
We are obliged to restore historical validity, the law and the order. For this purpose it is necessary to cancel all Bolsheviks the decrees which have crossed out continuity of authority in Russia, to reconsider legitimacy of arrival of Romanov’s on a throne of Russ, to condemn Ivan Terrible acts and his father.
On a new coil of a spiral of development of Russia we need to take with it self in the future all best, that ancestors for 500 years have saved up, to reject evil and blood, to leave them in the past, and eternally to remember our mistakes.
For updating Russia it is necessary:
- To return class division of a society into Princes, Varyags and free people;
- To pass the law about restitution and to return the lost grounds and property to the proprietors who have lost them for last years Distemper;
- To build a new vertical of authority of Russia, consisting of the Duma – Earthen assemblies, Assemblies of Princes and Grand Prince of All Russ.
Earthen the assembly, the Lower chamber of the Duma, is selected only from the worthy citizens of the country who are included in noble estate Varyags. All citizens of the country will participate in elections. The public organizations will engage in formation of public opinion and begin to put forward from number Varyags candidates in Earthen the assembly. Varyags can take advantage of the right of self-promotion at elections to the Duma.
The Assembly of Princes, the Maximum chamber of the Duma, will be made of authoritative representatives of the Princely family’s elected on family advice.
The assembly of princes will openly choose the Grand Prince of All Russ confirmed by Earthen the assembly.
Grand Prince of All Russ becomes the higher authority in the country and the head of the Duma, which:
- Appoints the Government and the ministers confirmed by Assembly of Princes;
- Has the right of the veto on all laws accepted by chambers of the Duma: Earthen the assembly and Assembly of Princes;

Dear Russians, compatriots! To you attentions address the lineal descendant of the most ancient dynasty of Russia – Rurikovich. In Spain and in Argentina have Sovereign Royal and Imperial House of Rurikovich recognized as international law and several tens of the states of the world. In Russia also there were descendants of great Sort Rurikovich. I have honor to be Grand Prince and Great Seneschal our August House. Authorities of Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries diligently do not notice our presence on planet. However we exist and we demand an official recognition of our status the state structures of the CIS countries. Today to make it is practically impossible as they are seized by groups of anonymous authority is vassals of the world government.
On open spaces of former Russian empire reigns chaos and the lawlessness going from corruptions and the favorites asserting the authority by fairy tales on freedom and democracy. People are transformed into slaves, and resources of our countries are continuously extorted by invaders. Money and values remain with the world government, and poverty and lawlessness get to our fraternal people.
Princes of Russ have created statehood of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and the Great Horde, have collected the grounds, christened Russ and gave Orthodoxy to peoples of Russia. Here these names: Ririk, Sacred Vladimir, Jaroslav Mudryj, Vladimir Monomache, Mstislav Great, Jury Dolgoruky, Sacred Alexander Nevsky, Sacred Feodor Rostislavovich, Sacred David Fedorovich, Sacred Daniel Aleksandrovich, Ivan Kalita and Dmitry Donskoj. Our ancestors have based Kiev, Novgorod, Moscow, Yaroslavl, hundreds cities and Kremlins, have built up thousand churches, temples and monasteries have created unique Christian culture of our Native land. In 2009 Fund of Princes which has united the most ancient sorts of Russia and Great Tartaria has been founded. We have based Assembly of princes and we revive aristocracy of our country. 300 years board of the House of Romanov’s has broken continuity of authority and the right of Princes of Russ, having complicated association of ancient and new aristocracy of Russia. Revolution of 1917 has aggravated a situation. All over the world there were revolutions and civil wars, but all of them have ended with reconciliation of peoples and patrimonial aristocracy. Long centuries in England have Chamber of lords in France was Chamber of peers. Only in Russia is Distemper going here already 500 years, caused by inability of ruling modes to create lawful elite proceeds. Each time they impose us the next thieves and privatizations, expropriations and selectors of the best share at the bottom of precipice. We believe that without patrimonial aristocracy stable and steady development of Russia is impossible. But modern authorities of vassals of the world government do not recognize us, ignore our rights. Do everything that the truth about us has not got in mass media.

It is 2000 birthday of primogenitor of Rurikovich is Emperor of Rome Titus Vespasianus Flavius, the first Pontific of the Rome which bridled pagans and has ratified Christianity. According to our representations is probably approach of planetary cataclysm. It not a doomsday, but unusually scale natural phenomenon. Vassals of the world government do not prepare people for these events. They are borrowed with plunder of our riches and resources.
