Session of the Moscow regional court was held on the Appeal of Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev on establishing the legal fact of kinship with Ivan IV the Terrible. Based on the expert opinion of the Moscow Kremlin Museums on the impossibility of conducting a molecular genetic examination of the King's graves, the Moscow regional Court left the decision of the Krasnogorsk city court unchanged. This decision will be appealed to a higher court. Today at 10:30 in court hall C409 the Moscow regional court considered the Appeal of Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev against the decision of the city court in the case of establishing the legal fact of the plaintiff's relationship with Ivan IV the Terrible. During the session, the Court pointed out that after studying the Appeal the Moscow Kremlin Museums provided an expert opinion on the impossibility of conducting a molecular genetic examination of the remains of Ivan IV the Terrible. On this basis, the Moscow regional court upheld the decision of the court of first instance and denied the plaintiff's claims. As a result, the case has become political, as the current government is afraid of genetic research of Tsars. There is a high probability of validity of the plaintiff's claims and the discovery of real-life descendants of Tsar Ivan IV the Terrible. After studying the text of the new decision, the plaintiff will appeal it to a higher instance. In parallel, a new claim will be filed, taking into account the experience gained and the circumstances that have arisen. Link to the news: http://rapsinews.ru/judicial_news/20200902/306220911.html
