Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev with all our heart congratulate all people of good will and Russians on Victory Day of May 9, 2020 and the 75th anniversary of the Eastern Front – Great Patriotic War! We must always remember the feat of the Soviet people and the peoples of the countries of the Anti-Hitler Coalition in liberating the planet from Nazism. It was a Great Victory, paid for with the blood of millions of victims – soldiers, officers and civilians of the oppressed peoples. Our universal holiday is held during the days of the coronavirus pandemic. Humanity is in a hybrid war, when disease and death overtake people regardless of nationality, race and religion. Humanity must learn from this tragedy. Russia should draw a line over the annual celebrations of the end of the tragedy of the past years. It is enough for Russians to look back in the past, trying to find a support for moving forward. The future is rolling in on us, inexorably presenting new challenges. We need to build a progressive, competitive and modern Russia. Putin's rule has led us into a strategic impasse from which there is no way out. A Chinese cold has nullified the Napoleonic plans of a usurper of power who plays with laws and the Constitution like a child's dice. The vote on Filkin's letter, called "amendments to the basic law", failed. What is the use of amendments if the current basic law does not work? Putin's plans for a Victory Parade, which is a Victory for the USSR, and not for Putin or the Russian government, were thwarted. It was just a runny nose with pneumonia. What's next for us? What cataclysms? Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev is convinced that the new Russia should remove the cancer of corrupt officials and usurpers and build a state based on the principles of minarchism and civilism, which are the future of the Russian people.
