At support of Fund of Princes in Moscow 24.12.2016 the next XXXIII International conference on problems of the Civilization has taken place in RosNOU, Moscow. At conference with the report Expansion of Rome from Volga region is Grand Prince the Professor and Academician of history Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has acted. In the work Grand Prince has generalized results of the researches, according to which Ancient Rome was located in delta of the rivers Volga and Akhtuba (old channel of Volga), and Rome was not on Apennines. Not without reason, it agrees with Tumulus hypothesis of Maria Gimbutas's, the civilized mankind was settled from region of Volga and Ural. Local residents is Bulgarian, named Rome is Ulak Urum (Urum is Rome). Two last waves of resettlement of Romanian correspond as two Hun invasions to Europe in IV – V centuries under management of Khagans Arbat and Attila. Clause Expansion of Rome from Volga region will be soon published on site of the author. At Conference also have acted with V.A. Ivanov, D.J. Enkov, S.K. Stafeev, D.A. Gusev, V.V. Makarenko, E.V. Sakharov, J.V. Anisimov, N.S. Kellin, G.I. Serdtsev and V.T. Poljakovsky reports. After reports has passed the Round table.
