Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev and Prince Ikhvan Baudinovich Gerikhanov has taken part in pre-election IV congress of the Russian ecological party Green. Grand Prince Pr. Dr. Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev put forward as the candidate under the Green party list of the Moscow region and one-mandatory district Sergievo-Posadsky No. 125. Prince General Dr. Ikhvan Baudinovich Gerikhanov put forward as the candidate under the Green party list of the Chechen Republic and one-mandatory Chechen district No. 36. On July 6, 2016 IV (XIX) congress of Political party Russian ecological party Green has taken place in Moscow in Park–Hotel Sheremetievsky. Green party Congress has put forward 340 persons as candidates under the Green party list and to one-mandatory districts are 144 persons. Candidates to the State Duma of the Russian Federation will struggle for deputy mandates on September 18, 2016. To Green party and Green candidates are not required petition for participation in elections, they are simply registered in the Central Electoral Committee and the domestic electoral commissions. At Congress Chairman of party Anatoly Panfilov, the known ecologist and politician Oleg Mitvol, national farmer Vasily Melnichenko and some heads and members of Green party have acted, and including speech of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev. Green Congress has accepted the basic pre-election slogans of party offered by Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev are – For pure water! For pure air! For the pure nature! For pure thoughts! For pure Russia! Appeal – Choose pure Russia! becomes the basis of pre-election platform of Green party. Grand Prince Pr.
