By the Highest Decree allow sanction to Viscount Andrey Vladimirovich Arhipovskiy, Viscount Bogdan Filipiak and Lady Nelya Karvegina is founders and employees of jeweler company Imperial Art Forte (Dubai) the right to use the name and elements of the Coat of Arms of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich for own needs.
