Besides Prince Don Rafael Andújar y Vilches by the Highest Decree № 25/2014 from 11.02.2014 granted to dear Sovereign Emperor of Holy Russia Professor Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev the Title Prince of Royal and Sovereign House of Cappadocia and San Bartolomeo. The Title Prince is granted with the right of perpetual transmition from father to son or daughter up to the total consumption of centuries. Thus, Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev and his descendants become the European Princes with all eternal both firm privileges and prerogatives. In turn Sovereign Emperor and Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich by the Highest Decree No. 85 from 12.02.2014 has proclaimed the conclusion of the Alliance between Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich and the Royal and Sovereign House of Cappadocia and San Bartolomeo, and also granted the Title Prince of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Prince Don Rafael Andújar y Vilches. Besides Sovereign Emperor and Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich by the Highest Decree No. 86 from 12.02.2014 granted the Title Duke of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Don Francisco Rodriguez Aguado and has appointed it Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich in Kingdom of Spain. Sovereign Emperor and Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich by the Highest Decree No. 29 from 12.02.2014 have appointed Duke Don Francisco Rodriguez Aguado the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia in Kingdom of Spain with the purpose of an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes between Kingdom of Spain and Holy Russia.
