We inform the international public on deprivation of the Title Countess and the status of Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich in the United Nations (USA) Ms. Noema Chaplin for loss of trust and an oath violation. With heavy heart we inform, that one of members of our community has not justified the hopes assigned to him and has brought Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich.
