The Highest Decree the Roman citizen Dom Jose Carlos da Fonseca is appointed by the Commercial Ambassador of Holy Russia in Sao Paulo and southern Brazil with the purpose of an establishment of commercial and friendly attitudes between Sao Paulo, southern Brazil and Holy Russia. The Highest Decree the Roman citizen Baroness Edlira Zeka is appointed by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia in Republic Albania with the purpose of an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes between Republic Albania and Holy Russia. The Highest Decree the Roman citizen of Count Jeong Carlos Gustavo is appointed by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia in Republic Argentina with the purpose of an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes between Republic Argentina and Holy Russia. The Highest Decree the Roman citizen Duke Freddy Gonzales Flores is appointed by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia in the Plurinational State Bolivia with the purpose of an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes between the Plurinational State Bolivia and Holy Russia.
