News of Holy Russia 12.11.2013: Presentation of the new State Holy Russia – Third Rome.

Today we officially represent the new subject of international law – the Confederative State Holy Russia – Third Rome. The Confederation Holy Russia is Christian constitutional monarchy led by Sovereign Emperor. Any subjects who have signed the Agreement of Confederation can join Holy Russia.

For public and international recognition of the new State Holy Russia – Third Rome it is necessary to pass long road. Ahead of us the great purpose – realization of the ancient project of the Third Rome of dynasties of Russ and Palaiologos waits. First steps in this thorny way are already made, we list them.

In August – September 2013 by means of lawyer’s Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich has prepared projects of documents of the new State – Holy Russia.

On September 21, 2013 have been signed the Declaration of the State independence of Holy Russia – Third Rome, the Decree about the State symbols, the Constitution and the Agreement of Confederation of Holy Russia – Third Rome.

All news agencies and mass-media where we have addressed with the request to hold press conference on presentation of the new confederative monarchic State Holy Russia – Third Rome, have given up to us in carrying out of similar action, referring on presence of censorship on the part of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

For this reason we have decided to organize presentation of new State formation Holy Russia – Third Rome in Day of National unity on November 4, having lead march and meeting For Holy Russia!

For this purpose on October 21, 2013 we had been sent the notice to the Mayoralty of Moscow about carrying out of the given action. In the text of the application it has been told literally « we notify you on intention to lead public mass action Russian march For Holy Russia! ». And also « Active workers – coordinators of civil movement Great Russia, making common cause parties and social movements, put the purpose to call citizens on the peace, mass, democratic action - demonstration and meeting during which to note day of national unity, 400 years of the Romanov’s House and creation of the new subject Holy Russia – Third Rome… »

In the speech Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has declared, that on procession and meeting the presentation of the new subject of international law is the State Holy Russia – Third Rome will take place.

The incorporated Russian march has taken place in Moscow – Russian unity in which columns of Russian coalition of action, parties Great Russia with the friendly organizations have taken part, a column For Holy Russia! And the Imperial Russian march. Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has taken part in procession and meeting.

On November 4, 2013 in a year of the 400-anniversary of the House of Romanovs the incorporated Russian march – Russian unity on a route from station of the underground October field up to station of underground Schukinskaya on streets of Marshal Birjuzov and Marshal Vasilevsky, meeting at 14:00 at station of underground Schukinskaya at 12:00 till has taken place. Day of national unity it was gave out cloudy and rainy. During procession there was strong rain, but all participants of a march have reached underground Schukinskaya and have taken part in meeting. The imperial Russian march brought up the rear and has held later own meeting.

On meeting Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev declared the State sovereignty of the new subject of international law is the State Holy Russia – Third Rome.

Sovereign Emperor of Holy Russia – Third Rome proclaims is Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich.

Thus, the presentation of new subject of international law Holy Russia – Third Rome has taken place in September – November 2013, created by will of God and the decision of Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich.

We call citizens of the world to submit applications for reception of citizenship of the Third Rome, and subjects of international law and subjects of local self-management to join the new State by signing the Agreement of Confederation!

We also call the independent States and confederations to recognize the new State and to establish with it diplomatic and friendly attitudes!
