Grand Prince of All Russia Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev participated in the international monarchic assembly of patrimonial aristocracy Silaturahmi Nasional Raja dan Sultan Nusantara III 2013, taking place in Indonesia in the ancient city of Malang on June 21-23, 2013. Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has received the invitation to visit Silaturahmi Nasional Raja dan Sultan Nusantara III 2013 from Raja Samu Samu VI. With the big gratitude and respect the invitation was accepted. International gathering of Raja, Sultans and Kings of Pacific region, including patrimonial aristocracy of Indonesia, has taken place on June 21-23, 2013 in the city of Malang, East Java. The city is well-known for that in it the first kingdom of Indonesia has been based. In the first day of summit on 21.06.2013 visitors communicated and got acquainted with each other. The solemn supper in the evening has taken place. On stage organizers of action and female ensemble make national dances have acted. For the second day on 22.06.2013 in an ancient sacred place of assemblies Raja and Sultans of Indonesia was solemnly open Silaturahmi Nasional Raja dan Sultan Nusantara III 2013. The Secretary of General Board and the main organizer of action Raja has acted in the beginning of assembly with speech Samu Samu. Then the word has been transferred to Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev, who has transferred hot greetings to participants and visitors of summit from patrimonial aristocracy of Russia and Russian people, and also has thanked authorities of Indonesia for all-round support of actions Raja and Sultans. Some Sultans and Raja of Indonesia, including the Sultan of island Bali Dr. Suyasa III has then acted. According to ancient tradition, before the beginning of debate and discussions of problems of Indonesia and patrimonial aristocracy, each of Sultans has struck in a huge ritual gong. Then Raja and Sultans acted with speeches from the places. The broad audience of political and economic questions has been discussed. Offers on the organization of five special commissions consisting from Raja and Sultans, for adjustment of interaction with the state authorities have acted. In the evening the solemn dinner has taken place in the mayoralty of Malang on which mayor of city has acted. On 23.06.2013 the assembly of participants of summit on which the final resolution of assembly has been read and edited has again taken place, the commissions and their heads are authorized. Participants of assembly have signed the special Declaration to descendants on protection of the world and calmness in Pacific region. The text of the Declaration with signatures of participants will be cut out by a laser beam on the huge stone located in Malang. Around of a sacred stone the grove from stalks will be planted, which participants of summit have placed in special capsules for the further landing in ground. The assembly has ended with ritual impacts in gong. The right to put three impacts on gong has been given to Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev. Then visitors have moved to University of Brawijaya, teachers and which students, have accepted active participation in preparation and carrying out of action. Heads of summit and university have acted in an audience. Students have shown to visitor dances and songs of Indonesia. Solemn rewarding best visitors and organizers of action have then taken place. The honorable award was received by Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev. After university visitors of summit have visited an ancient Buddhist relic of Malang, many centuries protected by a special clan led by Raja Aici. The place is located highly in mountains, adjoining to city. In a small valley there is sanctuary as source in which, not mixing up, beat three sources of sacred water – one source of the thermal, hot water, the second source of cold water and the third source of green water. To taste all water little bit salty, reminds Narzan. Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev was convinced of surprising properties of the source esteemed by local residents for miracle. At the end of evening nearby to the Sacred source in hotel, at height of 1100 meters above sea level, the solemn dinner finishing official actions Silaturahmi Nasional Raja dan Sultan Nusantara III 2013 has taken place. Next day on 24.06.2013 visitors have parted on the houses and residences.
