The Decree of Metropolitan Daniel, Metropolitan and the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Mexico and All Latin America, granted Apostolic Blessing to Grand Prince of All Russia is Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev. Saint Daniel Clay, Archbishop and the Abbot of the Award of the Mystical Rose have appropriated Title of the Knight Grand Cross to Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev. With great pride and pleasure we inform world community on publication of the Decree of Apostolic Blessing of Metropolitan Daniel, Metropolitan and Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Mexico and All to Latin America which is taking place in community with the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church – Canonical under the Omophor of His Holiness Patriarch Moisei, and with the Russian True-Orthodox Church of the Catacombs under the Omophor of His Holiness Patriarch Venedikt. In the text of the Decree it is spoken, that Metropolitan Daniel De Jesus Ruiz Flores has really taken Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich under the Spiritual Protection at 16.05.2013. Besides since this date, we shall remember before the Almighty God the Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich, and in particular His Imperial Majesty Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev Grand Kubensky Rurikovich. In belief and the proof of this certificate we put the Signature and the Seal in The Monastery of the Most Holy Trinity of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico.
