By the Highest Decree of Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev it is declared an establishment of friendly attitudes of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich with the American Orthodox Catholic Church in the USA and the Title Count of the Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Mr. Brendan–Michael Hammacher, Metropolitan and Archbishop AOCC is granted. With pride and pleasure we inform world community on an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich with the American Orthodox Catholic Church in the USA. The Highest Decree of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev grants the Title Count of the Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Mr. Brendan–Michael Hammacher, Metropolitan and Archbishop AOCC, Chancellor and Metropolitan of Western Rites of AOCC. The Highest Decree of Count Brendan–Michael Hammacher is appointed by the spiritual patron of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich and plenipotentiary of Russian Imperial of Rurikovich in the USA.
