By the Highest Decree of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev it is declared an establishment of friendly attitudes of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Mexico and the Title Duke of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Dr. Daniel De Jesus Ruiz Flores, Metropolitan and Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Mexico and All Latin America is granted. With great pride and pleasure we inform world community on an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich with the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church – Canonical under the Omophor of His Holiness Patriarch Moisei, and with the Russian True-Orthodox Church of the Catacombs under the Omophor of His Holiness Patriarch Venedikt. The Highest Decree of Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev grants the Title Duke of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Dr. Daniel De Jesus Ruiz Flores, Metropolitan and Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Mexico and All Latin America. The Highest Decree Duke Daniel De Jesus Ruiz Flores is appointed by the spiritual patron of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich and plenipotentiary of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich in Mexico.
