The Highest Decree No. 19 of Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev appropriates Titles the Count of Grand-Ducal August House of Rurikovich to Sirs Andreas Stephan von Wagner, Samuele Lovato, Matthias Friedrich Bork and Dr. Madhu Krishan.
