Prince Josef Macskay Ostravsky became the participant of Assembly of Princes and Fund of Princes. Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has made the decision to restore historical validity and to appropriate to descendant Mozarowski, a branch of Princes Mozhaisky Rurikovich, a title Prince Ostravsky Rurikovich. Researches of Professor Andrzej Bajor are put in basis of the decision and the given DNA-Testing on 67 markers.
