Last months we notice cynical and impudent attempts of usurpation of the Supreme executive authority in Russia a clan of Prime-minister Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. The leader of bureaucratic and oligarchic minority has considered, that has unconditional support of the majority of the population of Russia. His environment and personal confidence of genuine love of people convince of it, caused Putin's by full astral isolation from the real world. On September 24 at congress UR (Uniform Russia party) of V.V. Putin and D.A. Medvedev have declared existence of the personal arrangement on an exchange with each other the state posts. Will of voters and the Constitution of the Russian Federation of them did not interest. On December 4 in Russia have passed elections to the State Duma as a result of which after mass falsifications by the winner it has been declared UR. Russian people and world community have not recognized results of elections legitimate. Real result UR at elections does not exceed 25 % of voices, but not official 49 %. In result UR has received in the Duma of 238 places, having provided itself the majority and an opportunity to carry out any laws. Elections to the Duma passed in conditions of total infringement of the selective legislation. It is prior to the beginning of voting bulletins has been thrown in voting boxes on many sites for UR. After voting at calculation of voices also have been carried out mass up down bulletins, and reports of the local selective commissions have been forged for the benefit of UR. All these penal acts have remained unpunished as courts of the Russian Federation refuse to bear decisions against the party in power headed by V.V. Putin. Instead of removal from elections and dissolution UR, the party of swindlers and thieves still supervises over Russia. In result UR has put forward candidate V.V. Putin on presidential elections on March 4, 2012. A party, it is illegitimate usurping legislature in Russia, has illegally put forward the leader responsible for penal crimes of the suffrage. Promotion of the person, twice former the President and Prime-minister of Russia 12 years, breaks the Constitution of the Russian Federation, forbidding holding the maximum posts of the state more than two terms. Therefore V.V. Putin's participation in presidential elections is illegitimate a priory. For satisfaction of the personal ambitions, V.V. Putin has disposed to establish web-camera on all polling districts of Russia and to spend for these purposes 15 billiard rubles though elections cost 7 billiard rubles. Installation of cameras absolutely gives nothing, except for huge waste of public funds, in fact except for reality-show voters will receive anything. All infringements of the suffrage occur after closing sites during registration of lime reports of the selective commissions. In fact calculation on the TV of quantity of the voted voters and their comparison with final number voting has no legal consequences as nobody sees for whom these people, and what real percent of the voices sent for each candidate voted. Therefore V.V. Putin's given initiative is an element of frauds and manipulations public opinion. Visibility of legality never will provide legality of election with the president of Russia of the illegitimate candidate. Besides V.V. Putin, breaking the Russian legislation is not going to leave in pre-election holiday. For the state account on all channels of TV it will daily appear in screens of TVs, breaking rights of competitors. It also refuses debate with opponents, contemptuously responding about their abilities to supervise over Russia. The bureaucratic and oligarchic minority of Russia tries to push protege V.V. Putin in authority in any ways. It is necessary for them to provide personal safety and to keep the property. Besides pseudo the elite of Russia hopes, in case of occurrence of catastrophic cataclysm of the end of 2012 to be covered together with families in underground cities like Miass in Ural. These huge constructions are reconstructed for the state account and intended for rescue of the country leaders and oligarchic elite. If Putin will not be elected by the President it will bring all adherents. In Russia grows protest moods when the society is open on meetings and in mass-media declares inadmissibility of participation of Putin in presidential elections of the Russian Federation. Not the respect of will of citizens of the Russian Federation causes pressure and irritation in people and forms conditions for violent overthrow of illegitimate authority. We believe that the best output from developed situation will be V.V. Putin's refusal of claims for authority and removal of the nominee from elections. Presidential elections to Russia should be transferred for later term after carrying out of scale reforms political and an electoral system. Besides we demand from authorities of disclosing of the information on preparation secret safety places and cities for rescue it is not known whom of the selected people.
