THE DECREE GRAND PRINCE OF ALL RUSSIA
About questions of creation of Nova Church of Sacred Russia
Will of God and my command, with the purpose of development of idea of monarchic statehood of Russia, in the name of the world and prosperity of Russia, in the name of clarification of Orthodoxy and Christianity from heresy and obscurantism:
1. To found Новая церковь Святой Руси, outlined in advance to be the post apocalypse Orthodox Church. The name of church in English sounds as Nova Church of Sacred Russia. 2. I appoint myself Pontifex Maximus of Nova Church of Sacred Russia for life. Duties of Pontifex Maximus henceforth are transferred from the working Grand Prince of All Russia to the subsequent.
3. I charge to Highness Prince Jury Leonidovich Novikov Glinsky: to start formation of the Patriarchy, Episcopacy, the organizations and establishments of Nova Church of Sacred Russia in Russia and behind its limits; to present on the highest statement the Charter, Positions and Statutes about bodies, the organizations and establishments of Nova Church of Sacred Russia, and also on the coordination and the highest statement of nominee of heads of bodies, the organizations and establishments of Nova Church of Sacred Russia till March 21, 2012. 4. The decree inures from the moment of signing.
