Today Fund of Princes has made the cassation complaint in Federal arbitration court of the Moscow district on business about requirement rights of term less using by Fund the Moscow Kremlin. The essence of the cassation consists in the requirement to cancel the Decision of Arbitration court of city of Moscow from 17.12.2011 on business No. A40-50010/10 and the Decision of the Ninth arbitration appeal court from 18.05.2011 under the same claim and to direct business about requirement rights of term less using the Moscow Kremlin on new consideration to court of the first instance.
