At support of the Russian New University and the Project the Civilization in Moscow has taken place XXII International conference on problems of the Civilization 22-23.04.2011. At Conference Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev with two reports Wars of Russ in IX-XI centuries and Genetic distances between cousins Rurikovich has acted. The volumetric report of Grand Prince Wars of Russ in IX-XI centuries is devoted to the facts of rough interaction of Russ known and latent from the public and Constantinople during board of the Macedonian dynasty when co-emperors of New Rome were Princes Rurikovich with 869 for 1054. In the report Genetic distances between cousins Rurikovich Valeriy Kubarev has studied genetic mutations on 67 markers of titled Princes Rurikovich, and also unknown persons Rurikovich. Appeared, that genetic distances of "official" Princes differ nothing from other cousins Rurikovich and average 13-16 single-step mutations though there are distances from 16 up to 26 mutations. Thus the official genealogic science encouraged with the Russian Nobiliary Assembly and the Russian genealogic society, is engaged in concealment of true and results of scientific researches. They assert that Rurikovich’s those people which genetic distance differs from other cousins no more than on 9-10 single-step mutations are present only. They categorically write down all other applicants for proud name Rurikovich in impostors. Research of Grand Prince Valeriy Kubarev has shown, that the average genetic distance between cousins Rurikovich can make 18 mutations, but can meet and personal deviations, as in the smaller party – 4-7 mutations, and in the big party – 20-31 mutations. The conclusion is made by proved in the figures and the facts, that the official science has incorrectly defined modal Haplotype of Rurik and is engaged in cheap politics, instead of an establishment of true.
